CleverHouse is a flexible system that makes it easy to manage all the technical installations in your home or building.
The system is based on a wireless main controller, SC.CC.01, with web access, which handles the various functions used in a standard electrical installation.
For example, monitor electricity consumption, energy consumption, and water consumption to save resources and identify energy wasters. Increase comfort with light control, ventilation control, temperature, and humidity monitoring, which provides a healthy and comfortable indoor climate.

Through CleverHouse, the user is equipped with two weekly programs, each of which can be set up with desired temperatures, volume, etc. according to time. The two weekly programs are intended for institutions that have both regular weeks and holiday weeks. In addition, there is the function, "One-time event", which is an event that is set up based on a date and time in relation to weekly programs that are created according to weekdays. The one-time event is often used in connection with events that only occur once in a while; for example, if the church is visited by workmen early in the morning.
Many people typically use a digital calendar to create events and, through an iCal function in CleverHouse, it is possible to use it to control the heating, lighting, access control, etc., in buildings. Most calendars are supported by iCal, such as Outlook, Google, Teamup, Churchdesk to name a few. When using the iCal function, simply create an event in the calendar, which is read by CleverHouse and uses the data in the same way as if a weekly program or a one-time event was set up.
The control, which is intelligent, logs data and gets to know buildings, thereby helping customers to save energy. For instance, the system calculates the heating time itself, thus saving energy by switching on the heating only when it is necessary. In the calculation, the system takes into account the outdoor temperature and the current temperature in the room and turns on the heat, so that there is the desired temperature at the time specified in a weekly program.
