In this segment, SoftControl has specially developed quality assurance with integrated online manuals in the app and a notification module.

Inside the app, it is possible for the administrator to upload PDF files, which can be read by the app user. These can be manuals for appliances that are permanently mounted in the apartment, maintenance manuals for wooden floors, or other documents that the tenant must have at their disposal.

The message module allows the administrator to send notifications to the app, so that the user will receive a push notification.

Using the multi-installation also makes it easy to integrate a meter reading of electricity, water, and heat. Furthermore, the overall indoor climate of an individual apartment can be monitored to ensure a healthy home and avoid damage caused by dry rot.
